I am excited to announce my that after a good amount of brainstorming I have landed on a final project for my Creative Technology Research Seminar. I have chosen to explore connections between electricity, magnetism, arduino, and art. Electricity, magnetism, and coding are all areas that I am interested in learning more about. I want to become comfortable with all three of them and look into opportunities that these skills hold for interdisciplinary teaching. My background is in art and I hope that by exploring these skills I will be able to think deeply about how to connect them to art lessons. I plan to document this here on my Creative Tech Blog. I am planning to document my learning process in posts and short videos each week. The videos will provide an explanation of what I have learned and they can hopefully be used for others to learn along with me.
My crowded desk is similar to my crowded mind today! I am full of ideas from my recent interview with Darcy Coffta. She is the director of Berwick Academy's innovation center.
