This week's class was very exciting! We began learning about how to incorporate AR into our Unity projects. This class is the first time I have really thought about what AR means.

"Augmented reality is an interactive experience of a real-world environment where the objects that reside in the real world are enhanced by computer-generated perceptual information, sometimes across multiple sensory modalities, including visual, auditory, haptic, somatosensory and olfactory."

I have been enjoying following along in class but often have trouble applying what we have learned in class when I work on the homework. This week I did not run into as many issues as I have in the past. I do keep having the same issue where Unity can't find my files. I drop them into the asset folder and get an error message. This time the error messages showed up but didn't interfere with game play.

I found this USB camera on eBay and it is far to zoomed in to work with the game. So far this blender has worked well as an impromptu "camera stand".

Here is a video of my game! There are three different targets that disappear when they are hit by the two spheres. The final part of the game is an opaque turquoise cube that appears when the player hits the final target and the game is over.

I was not able to get the score to show up. I have looked at the previous class videos to try to sort this out but have not yet been able to find the cause of the problem.
